A Novel Online Embedded Measurement device for Initial Crystallization Temperature of Aluminum Electrolyte
Liquidus temperature is one of key parameters in Electrolytic Aluminum production. Fast, accurate and early detection of initial crystallization temperature have profound implications for energy conservation and bring huge economic benefits for enterprise. This paper describes a novel on-line detection device for initial crystallization temperature of aluminum electrolyte based on embedded technology and successfully tasted in two big famous enterprises, and reached the aim of fast, accurate and earl)- detection of crystallization temperature demanded by China National Science supported planning (2009BAE85BOO).
