Research on Detection Technology of Instant Messaging Software
Instant messaging software (IMS) provides a platform for the communication of information. It is convenient for people to communicate, but at the meantime, it results in security implications of local area network for enterprises, institutions, companies and families. To make up for lack of firewall detection efficiency, the intrusion detection technology is proposed. This paper analyzed the network structure and communication mode of IMS, then proposed a detection system architecture of IMS, finally, it gave the detection system model of IMS. Using the model, users can add detection rules, also can add other performance of program, so the system has better scalability and practicality.
