Analysis about the Importance of Communication System in Modern Power System
In recent years, with the improvement of science and technology, power systems have become increasingly dependant on information and communication systems. In view of that, the applications of information and communication systems in the modern power grid are discussed firstly, and then it can be found that the information and communication systems have played an irreplaceable role in the power system. Secondly, the threats to the information and communication systems are analyzed. Combined with the specific cases of power outages, the information and communication factors which affecting power system operation have been classified. Finally, the current research results of domestic and foreign scholars are summarized, which may be useful for future study.
