Optimization Design Software for Straight Bevel Gear Based on Integer Number Encoding Genetic Algorithm
Straight bevel gear drive is widely used in the aerospace, automotive and large mechanical transmission system, quality of which not only affect its own transmission performance, size and weight but also but also have some impact on the machines performance. This paper introduces the optimization design software for straight bevel gear, in which automatic optimization design is realized. The paper proposed integer number encoding genetic algorithm, which effectively deals with continuous and discrete variable optimization problem and reduces the code length of the string to improve the encoding and decoding efficiency, no invalid solution or duplicate solutions.
