Application of Call Center In Versatile Campus Card

摘要：

Call Center System is a system of realizing communication, services by communication and computer technology. This paper introduces the implementation of mini call center system and the application in Versatile Campus Card used in ECIT(East China Institute of Technology) in detail. The system is designed in term of utilizing board, improving the performance effectively, and solve some interrelated problem in the client service system.
