Study on Analysis of Green Plating Baths
The concentration of each main salt cannot be exactly determined by traditional methods when there were serious impurity contamination in green plating baths acid zinc plating. So the traditional methods can no longer play a experimental guidance on the process of normal maintenance, the implementation of green technology appeared technical blind spots. The concentration of ZnCI2, KC1, H3BO3 in the bath were respectively tested by new analysis methods. A comparision of the test results obtained by new and traditional analysis methods shows that the new analysis methods are simple, fast, and have low consumption, high accuracy and good effects in practical production.
