Workpiece Turnover Device Design for Rigid Automatic Production Line
Workpiece turnover device is an important part of the automatic production line, The design quality directly affect the work level of automatic production line. Mechanical structure of the workpiece turnover device in rigid automatic production line is discussed. Workpiece turnover can be achieved by using the gear-rack with hydraulic system. The hydraulic system has been designed, its working principle has been analysed. The results show that workpiece turnover can be achieved well by using hydraulic control of the mechanism movement with programmable controllers and computer control. Designed hydraulic turnover device has the characters of simple structure, low inertia and easy control, etc. It has broad application prospects in automated production.
