Grey Theory of Pumping Rod Dynamometer Remote Diagnosis
Diagnosis of working drawing is a major method in diagnosis of rod pumping oil. With features of working drawing, current situation of working drawing diagnosis is introduced. Then the proposals concerning gridding of working drawing, grey matrix characteristic vectors, and correlation analysis of statistic characteristic vectors of working drawing are put forward. At last, the experiment to test the accuracy and feasibility are carried out. The experiment illustrates that this method is not only feasible but also enjoys a high error-detection ability, which is important to the increase of oil production.
