Counter Control Research on High Speed Rail Site in Areas Surrounding the Land Development Mode
In order to analyze high station was field area space layout rules, solve the area layout planning and traffic organization problems at home and abroad, this practical contrast and theoretical research, according to TOD transit-oriented development theory, combined with the counter control mode, highspeed railway station in chibi regional development as an example, this paper establishes a set of compatible with functional elastic coordination, key elements of rigid control, land use planning guide as the main contents of the elastic control system, high speed rail site surrounding land development patterns are discussed, in order to effectively solve the district and the urban development coordination problems, for regional development decision-making and detailed planning provides the necessary support and guidance.
