Research on Relationships Between Knowledge Transfer and Product Innovation During the Process of Industry-University-Research Cooperation
The Analysis Framework of relationships between knowledge transfer and product-innovation ability during the process of Industry-University-Research cooperation while inter-organizational learning as an intermediary factor is proposed and the empirical study based on 80 enterprises of Pearl River Delta is examined. The empirical study results show that: knowledge transfer have distinct positive impacts on product innovation. Inter-organizational learning play an intermediary role between knowledge transfer and product innovation. Therefore, enterprises should focus on inter-organizational learning, strengthen the learning intentions of organizational member and improve learning ability.
