Research on the A lgorithm of Hole Repairing Based on Curvature in Mesh

In reverse engineering, triangular mesh model is widely used. However, often triangular mesh model, there are some holes, and these defects will affect the number of subsequent operations, so the application before the repair of these holes is necessary. A polygon-based spatial curvature algorithm repair holes, each hole polygon search for a pair of the smallest angle between adjacent sides, to construct a new initial triangle, and then point and its neighbors under the new points added to adjust the normal vector point position, and then update the polygon holes, until covering the entire hole. Finally, all the new vertices as needed to make some adjustments. Small changes of the curvature of the patch the hole to obtain better results.
