Modeling for Suspension Preheater in NSP Cement Kin Based on LS-SVM
Aiming at the NSP cement production preheating system conditions is so complex that it is difficult to overall modeling. We have to take the hierarchical modeling methords to meet the preheating system modeling purpose. Then we select the kiln feed quantity of coal, hoist current, tertiary air pressure as model input basing on the correlation analysis, outlet pressure of C3-level as model output. We preprocess the original data using the mean minimum distance (MMD), basing on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) and using RBF kernel function, to establish the model of C3 outlet pressure. Experimental results shows that the model output and field production data error is lesser, it can be used to describe the actual production system state.
