The Relation Theorem between P-Sets and General Set

摘要：

General set possesses accurate, boundary certain and static characteristic. P-sets improve general set static characteristic.By using the structure and the dynamic characteristic of P- sets, the concepts of internal-packet degree and out-packet degree, the decomposition theorem and static kernel theorem and relation theorem are given.P-sets is a new method to research the dynamic information system.
