Dynamic Effects on the Motivation of OFDI:A Case Study in Chinese Manufacturing Firm
The increasingly noteworthy in recent years and anticipated future prospects of China’s outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) has been studied by global business management scholars.This paper investigates the drivers as we seek to understand key factors for Chinese manufacturers serving global markets.which divided into three phases to discuss the effects of motivation in a case study between the dynamic capabilities of Chinese private owned manufacturing enterprise and the competitiveness of market in its industry.
