An Efficient Proxy Signcryption Scheme without Random Oracle
Signcryption is a new cryptographic primitive which simultaneously provides both confidentiality and authenticity. However, most of the existing signcrytion schemes are only proven in the random oracle model. A system that is proven secure using such a proof is described as being secure in the random oracle model may be insecure in the standard model. In the paper, we present a novel proxy signcryption scheme without random oracle by combining proxy signature scheme with signcryiton technique. And the scheme is proven to be secure in the standard model. The security of the scheme is closely related to the security of BBS04s short signature.
