Research on the Application of Flexible Workflow Technology in Electric Energy Measurement Management System
At present, a variety of measuring arid verification methods for electric energy measurement is advanced but according to the requirements of measurement specification JJF1069-2007,the research using advanced network information systems to regulate and manage all kinds of electric energy measurement business is so little. This paper combines multimedia technology, workflow management technology and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) technology to manage a variety of processes in electric energy measurement enterprise to achieve automation of enterprises management process. The overall design of the system software platform is based on J2EE Platform Specification, use MVC design pattern to build a three-tier structure of B/S model and use JSP/Sen let/JavaBean/XML/ORACLE database technology-. This design realizes the application of the flexible workflow technology in the document control module, completes approval system based on the flexibility workflow. Application of files flow, process approval and electronic signature technology in the system to improve work efficiency and to reduce operating costs for enterprise management.
