Modified Parameter Modulation Secure Communications Based on Adaptive Synchronization
In this paper, a new parameter modulation secure communications method for high-power information signal using chaotic signals is presented. An adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two unidirectionally coupled chaotic systems in the presence of fully unknown parameters asymptotically synchronized. Then the approach is applied to the modified secure communications system which contains a nonlinear low-pass filter designed to make the information signals recover effectively. Also, information adaptive controllers are adopted so that the power of information signal needs not be much smaller than that of chaotic signal. The general architecture is demonstrated for Lorenz system by numerical simulations, which demonstrates the practicality of the scheme.
