摘要：

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of Internet, electronic information technology increasingly permeate all aspects of life, meanwhile, it also gives the traditional governments management pattern to bring the unprecedented challenges. E-government has opened up a new idea for a government management innovation, enhances the transparency and the core competitiveness of government, and improves operation efficiency and transfer the government functions.
