Application of Data Mining

In this paper, it introduced cluster analysis of data mining algorithms in detail, then gave an example of a sales promotion, provided the clustering analysis of consumer behavior. Cluster analysis applied to customers consumption behavior, in the detailed analysis of market development colony characteristic and business use of customers colony. It enabled the market department to adopt different marketing schemes according to different colony targets in the development of business, thus achieved the profit maximization.
