Training Students Self-confidence in the College Tennis Teaching

In college tennis teaching activities how to teach tennis skill knowledge, enhance college students physical fitness, meanwhile losing no time to reasonably, flexibly use the Banderas theory of self-efficacy, cultivate them self-efficacy, and enhance students to face life mental capacity, and promote the development of college students physical and mental heath is the one of the most important topics in college tennis teaching. This article regarding the self-confidence cultivation as the entry point, combined of the result of tennis teaching, analyze the application status of selfefficacy theory in college tennis teaching; explain that the college students self-confidence cultivation play the positive role in the aspects of coping style, elf-confidence, willpower and psychological endurance.
