APPLICATION OF GRAY FACTOR ANALYSIS SYNTHESIS IN THE SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEE
Through the employee satisfaction survey, using the factor analysis model of grey to determine the proportion of primary factor, and then combine with the comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the staff of the job satisfaction. This article brokes the previous measurement of satisfaction in a questionnaire on the scale and insufficiencies with lack of processing and analysis. At last, comparing with the traditional comprehensive evaluation methods comes a series of conclusions.
