A Case Study in Jiuwuji Minority Middle School on Rural Teachers Educational Technology Training in Terms of a Switch of Educational Product

This study is conducted by investigating the modern educational technology circumstances of Jiuwuji Minority Middle School and interviewing the teachers there. In this study, educational technology is regarded as a new type of educational product to be utilized by the teachers. Switch crisis and switchinduced cost are analyzed as two respects of product switch respectively to demonstrate how to develop educational technology among rural teachers with pertinence and effect. As the six-month training shows, the teachers accept these policies as a practical measure to improve their ability of educational technology.
