摘要：

Face to the unprecedented opportunities and challenges, we must clearly recognize that education does not fully meet our national economic and social development and the requirements of people who need receive a good education, it is the cornerstone of social progress and improvement, the fundamental way of the comprehensive development promotion. In this paper, based on the review of the National Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan, profound understanding the great significance of the National long-term educational reform and Development Plan is discussed.
