With complexly and changefully competitive circumstance under information technology and globalization. Corporate Universities is increasingly becoming a strategy tool to unify own resources and enhance own competitiveness. Corporate Universities extends learning program to outside in one way or another. The paper studies development model of Corporate Universities and then analyzes the strategy interaction. At the end, a case Motorola University is discussed.
