Construction and Application of E-Learning Environment in Higher Schools
Many obstacles, such as un-optimized structures, fragile support services and improper promotion strategies widely exist in the E-learning environment of higher schools in China. Based on constructivism theory, this article not only analyzes the connotation of E-learning environment, but also puts forward its layered structure model and discusses its application strategies which implementing in the Fourth Military Medical University (FMMU).
