The corporate-entity companies based upon specialty groups is a new-born thing in higher vocational colleges, and it is an extremely complicated project. The administrative management, asset management, personnel management and financial management bring new challenges, which will cause all kinds of contradictions for school and negative impact for education if these challenges are not dealed with welL This thesis will explore the operation and management of corporate-entity companies based upon specialty groups from the above espects.
