Research on 3PL Choosing Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element

摘要：

Choosing 3PL is a multi-objective assessment question under the supply chain environment. It is hard to conduct effectively because of influence caused by many factors and it is comparatively strong fuzzy. Indicator system on 3PL is built based on fuzzy matter-element, and a fuzzy matter-element model is put forward which can be used as quantitative basis for related decisions. Calculation examples are included as well to validate its validity and feasibility.
