Biased in RC4 Outputs in 256 length keys
In many cases, RC4 is the stream cipher in software applications. In this paper we present a new RC4 weakness in Key Scheduling Algorithm (KSA). Because of this weakness, RC4 output streams have unequal probability in case of keys with the length 256 bytes. By experimental results, we determine the more probable outputs and show event probability of some outputs are 9 times more than average event probability.
