The influence of urban rain-flood on urban security

摘要：

Global warming and unreasonable exploitation make urban rain-flood disasters more ordinary and serious recently. Analyzing the characters of urban rainfloods and urbanization, the mechanism of urban rainflood disasters is stated and the influence of urban rain-flood on urban security is analyzed. More ever, the main countermeasures to prevent urban rain-flood disasters, utilize urban rain-flood comprehensively and improve urban security are put forward.
