An Empirical Study on Factors Influencing the Quality of Internet Banking Service
This paper studies the factors of affecting perceived service quality of internet banking. The framework of perceived service quality is constructed on the basis of theoretical research and Chinas reality. And the framework is tested by LISREL8.7.This paper also puts forward the suggestions of enhancing perceived service quality of internet banking.
