Schistosoma Cercariae Image Recognition Based on BP Neural Network
Schistosomiasis is infectious and parasitic diseases with serious hazards. It will contribute to the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis to establish an automatic monitoring and identifying system for the schistosoma cercariae. Schistosoma cercariaes swing, the complexity of their environment and so on are increasing the difficulty of the schistosome cercariae image recognition. In this paper, we extract schistosoma cercariaes morphological characteristics and establish a threelayer BP network B (8,3,1) to recognize schistosome cercariae image. Experimental results show that the method is effective.Experimental recognition rate can reach 92.86%.
