The Suggestion of Advancing the Work of Langfang Rural and Transfer
Along with the implementation of the policy of the 30 years policy of rural land continued job, many farmers have a long-term and stable right to manage land contractual, restricting effects about Contract responsibility system with remuneration linked making land-flowing and land-shifting into the responding to contemporary social economic inevitable choices. On the basis of steady relationship of land contracted, actively guiding and regulating rural land, promoting appropriate scale of land, which is particularly important to lay the foundation for the development of modern agriculture. To further promote the citys rural land, to implement agricultural scale management, and to promote our city, suburban, urban type of agricultural development, basing on the PRC Rural Land Contract Law and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual city, now we bring forward the following recommendations in order to further promote and standardize the work of rural land.
