The Ideas and Countermeasures about Speeding up the Development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives
The development of specialized farm cooperatives plays an important role on pushing the adjustment to agriculture structure and promoting the industrialized operation of agriculture. This article analyzes the problems and difficulties which exists in the development of Specialized farmers cooperatives, points out some questions that exists in the current Specialized farmers cooperatives, such as small operating scale, low levels of standardize existing, the weak ability of market and the lack of developed factors, ect, and finally put forward the ideas and countermeasures to accelerate the development of farmers professional co-operatives based on the analysis. At present, our country has entered the key period when we have been accelerating to transform traditional agriculture and on the way to achieve Chinese characteristics modernization of agriculture. Seventeen third sessions explicitly pointed out that, according to the principle of serving farmers having the right to enter and exit freely, having equal rights, management democracy, the government must support the accelerated development of specialized farmers cooperatives and make it become the modern agricultural organization to lead peasants to participate in the competition at home and abroad. This shows that organization has become the necessary way in which agriculture will develop and rural will become rich. This also shows that organization is effective measures to protect and develop the farmers’ benefit. Following the writer will discuss the thinking about speeding up the construction of specialized cooperatives.
