Based on the Metropolitan Area Functional Orientation of Urban Utilities Investment System Research

摘要：

This article analysis on urban utilities in the role of Jing-Jin-Jang integration process, according to the need of economic development of metropolitan area, put forward the necessity for reforming the investment system of urban utilities. Accordingly, starting with the history of China urban utilities investment system evolution and development, learn from experiences and lessons of urban utilities investment system and operation model in developed countries, adopt the PPP investment model, and further puts forward perfect the diversity reflects the property management system and operation mechanism and the corresponding supporting measures.
