ANALYSIS ON NEW TYPE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE COMPOSITE ANCHOR PLATE BY FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

According to the structure safety of the anchorage system,the model was established by utilizing the 3D finite element method,through the comparison analysis between the stresses of high performance concrete (HPC) composite anchor plate (M15ZH-9D) and the traditional cast iron anchor plate (M15E-9DT) ,it concluded that the strength of the HPC composite anchor plate was not less than that of traditional cast iron anchor plate. Combined with the engineering practice,according to the load transfer test conclusion of the M15ZH. 9D anchor plate and the distribution rule of the concrete local stress in anchorage zone,the theoretical basis for the optimization of the anchor plate structure and cost reduction was provided.
