CASE STUDY ON THE PROJECT POSITION OF COMMERCIAL STREETS BASED ON THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS
Market opportunity analysis is necessary for the complex and systematic process of the project position of commercial streets. It analyses the unsatisfied requirements by marketing theory. The optimum of inside and outside is found on the basis of the enterprise background. The enterprises earn profit because of products or services supplied efficiently by market opportunity analysis. A lot of practice proves that without market opportunity analysis it is difficult to coalesce the three parts; enterprises constructed desperately,investors subscribed crazily and clients enjoyed shopping,into sustainable and stable development. For the consideration of the enhancement of the market opportunity analysis,the following researches have been done in this paper about the development and management of special commercial streets in one city. The subdivided target market is ensured by emphasizing the critical elements and quantifying general elements. The problem and potential are exhumed through SWOT. The market opportunity is estimated by various mathematical models for quantitative analysis and weight distribution. The scientific reasonable project position of this case is efficiently improved.
