A Study on the Time Domain Methods of Dynamic Loads Identification

A theoretical model of the time domain methods of dynamic loads identification was pro posed based on modal balance equations. On the condition that the natural frequency ,the modal matrix, the modal damping and the modal mass of the unknown system were obtained through experi ments or theoretical calculations ,the dynamic loads would be identified by using the accelerations of the system as input. A three DOF system was used to verify the theoretical model. By comparing the exact values and reconstructed values ,the results show that the theoretical model has a high recogni -tion accuracy. Errors were analyzed between identified loads and corresponding true loads in differ ent initial conditions , which indicated that the theoretical model had a strong anti -interference capability and can adapted to practical projects.
