In-situ Measurement and Propagation Analysis of Ground Vibration Induced by Metro Traffic
To study the vibration attenuation in the soil which is induced by metro traffic , the in-situ measurement on the ground on top of Beijing Metro Line 15 was conducted by use of high-sensitivity Data Collection and Analysis System. The propagation characteristics of environmental background vibration and ground vibration induced by metro train were analyzed in the domains of time and Fourier frequency. The results show that: (a)the vibration value of ground under the environmental background is in 10 g orders of magnitude , and the main frequency component is 2~6Hz; (b) the vibration value of ground due to metro traffic is in 10~10 g orders of magnitude ,the vibration energy is concentrated mainly on frequency component of 60~80Hz; (c)the ground vibration due to metro attenuates with distance ,the gradient of attenuation is large in range of 30 m from vibration source, and in 15 ~20m away from tunnel centerline ,the phenomenon that vibration value rebounds to increase occurs, which relates to stratum condition ,space distance, source feature, etc.
