Operational Modal Analysis of Bridge Structure Based on Data-driven Stochastic Subspace Algorithm

One certain self-anchored suspension bridge model test is taken as the research back -ground, data-driven stochastic subspace identification (Data-Driven SSI) algorithm and improved stabi -lization diagram methodareadopted to study the operational modal analysis of bridge structure. Tosol-vethe problems of system order-determination and false modal parameters in Data-Driven SSI, singular entropy increment is introduced to determine the system order along with the improved stability dia -gram which is utilized to identify and eliminate the false modal parameters ,and the purpose for identifying modal parameters of bridge structure accurately is obtained eventually. The proposed method is verified by the experiment of one certain self -anchor suspension bridge model test. The modal parameters of this model bridge are identified from the measurand under different testing conditions ,and the identified modal parameters are compared with the result of FEM and DASYLab. The validity,practicability and superiority of the proposal method are verified. The results show that the proposal Data-Driven SSI can be applied to the operational modal analysis of the actualbridge engineering.
