In Pursuit of Ethical Governance

摘要：

This paper takes stock of efforts in the global community to promote ethical governance and deter corruption. The work of international organizations such as Transparency International, the United Nations, and the OECD are discussed. Also examined are efforts undertaken in Europe, Asia, and African, mainly sub-Sahara, countries to build national integrity systems. The paper concludes with a positive but guarded perspective on the pursuit of ethical governance across the globe.
