The Research of the Local Government Performance Comprehensive Evaluation Model in China
This paper focus on designing a evaluation model of the local government performance by way of general comprehensive evaluation, based on established multiindex system according to the characteristics of the local government performance evaluation, the basic concept of performance evaluation, and the principles of index system. Taking the government of Xinghualing District, Taiyuan as an example of comprehensive evaluation method, the index system and the comprehensive evaluation model are proved to be applicable for practical purposes.
