Study on the Influencing Factors of Local Government Innovation Diffusion
The effective diffusion of local government innovation is the manifestation of its value. We discuss the factors which exert important influences on the diffusion of the local government innovation from four dimensions, including innovation, innovation owner, potential adopter and diffusion environment. To be specific, the theoretically comparative advantage, the degree of complexity and the input costs are the factors from the dimension of the innovation itself; the subjective will, the tacit knowledge are the factors from the dimension of the innovative owners; the cognitive ability, the executive ability, the risk tolerance and the financial ability are the factors from the dimension of the potential adopters; the public demand, the support of superior authority, the policies and the intermediary force are the factors from the facet of the diffusion environment. Deeply explore the mechanism of these factors, we can greatly promote the diffusion of the local government innovation, and then realize the integrative innovation of the society.
