Analysis of Creating a Service-oriented Government on the Basis of Customer-orientation in China
With the worldwide wave of management triggered by the rapid development of social economy, Chinese administrative management system also began to reform in order to adapt to the new challenges it is facing. The customer-oriented view which was learned from the corporation management has been brought to the administrative mechanism. To be a service-oriented one, the government began to consider citizens as its customers to improve its government performance. And on the basis of analyzing the interacted relationship between the government and the citizens, the paper tries to design an administrative managerial process of establishing a service-oriented government and with which to operate the paper outlines a new portrait of administrative reform which shows the reciprocal between government and its customers eventually.
