Study on the Construction of Government Credibility under the Perspective of Civil Servants Behavior in China
The relation between government credibility constructing and civil servants behavior is closely. Under the perspective of civil servants behavior, the government credibility have such characteristics, agent, uncertainty and long-term. However, there are also some reasons affect the construction of government credibility, such as the system of civil servants behavior irrational, the collective action anomie, the sense of responsibility missing and the civil servants behavior defined unclearly. At the same time, the government, civil servants and the public as three main bodies play the different roles in government credibility constructing. Meanwhile, the basis of government credibility constructing includes not only the civil servants behavior which is the external performance, but also the interest of compromise which is based on the civil servants behavior. Under the perspective of civil servants behavior, we can know the operation process and the characteristics of each role much better, and can construct the government credibility much better.
