The Remolding of Government Station in Community Services Field
Community services have some special characteristics: commonality, publicity, directness, weal. Now Chinese community services field occurs some problems, for example, the gross of community services not enough, the devotion of community services sincerely absent, the distribution of community services highly disproportion, the system renovation of community services seriously lag, and so on. The most important reason is the orientation of government is not correct. In order to settle these problems, we must remold the governments station in community services field. Firstly, we should establish the dominant role of government in community services field; secondly, change the management pattern of government to community services; thirdly, adopt measures to avoid the general adoption of the market principles negative effect; fourthly, construct relative flawless social security system.
