The Demand Analysis and Development Policies of China Civil Aviation Regional Market from the Perspective of Public Administration
In the modern society, civil aviation transportation industry, as the primary transportation industry, is not only the carrier of material and resources exchange among cities, but also the important prerequisite for the local governments to promote regional economic development and to transform and upgrade the regional economy. This essay firstly reveals the internal relation between air transportation and regional economy, based on the analysis of the feature of network industry. Moreover, from angles of the regional market economic development level and the transportation capability, it tries to construct the index system of civil aviation regional market demand by applying multiple regression analysis method and empirically studying on statistics and makes a comprehensive evaluation on civil aviation regional market development levels in different provinces of China. Lastly, according to internal mechanisms of civil aviation development, the policy suggestions for the governments to develop and map out civil aviation industry are advised in the essay.
