Developing Social Enterprises: The Effective Path to Improve the Ability of Public Services in China
The contradiction between the social public demands swift growth and the governmental limited public services ability promotes the public services domain socialized reform step inevitably. The social enterprises development to advances the third department reform and to improve public service ability plays an influential role. From social enterprises starting and the development, this article analyzes the rational foundation which the social enterprise exists on, elaborates the social enterprises characteristics and the movement pattern, and points out that the development of society enterprise is an efficient path to solve the governmental public goods supplies insufficiency, the wish malfunction in the third department as well as each all kinds of social questions.
