Evaluation of the Effect of Wenchuan Post-earthquake Property Disposal Policy: From the Perspective of Victims

摘要：

The current domestic public policy evaluation has single subject, low public participation level, evaluation methods are mainly qualitative evaluation and value judgment. This paper based on the sufficient investigation of the victims in Beichuan, collected large amounts of data, through the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, implemented the quantitative evaluation from the perspective of victims subjective response to the Wenchuan postearthquake property disposal policy, got the result that the effect of the disposal policy is at the general low level, the over all evaluation level of victims is low, particularly, the satisfaction in the process of policy implementation is at the not very good level.
