Network Mass Incidents Social Psychological Effects and its Controlling Mechanism

Network mass incidents occurring had its profound social psychological reasons. Many cyberizens concerned and discussed the social from their experience and value standard on the communicating platform of network, and that caused network mass incidents which attracted the real society. Network mass incidents nature depended on cyberizens psychology, the network and the governments manner of shoveling problems. Network mass incidents social psychological effects were as follows: discontented psychology, distrust psychology, helpless psychology, venting psychology, responsibility dispersing psychology, blind obedience psychology, moral authority psychology and hostile psychology. The government should establish forecasting mechanism, intervention mechanism and dredging mechanism on this basis, which would be helpful to control the negative effect of network mass incidents and decrease attack and damage to the social order.
