On Construction Ways of Urban and Rural Areas Grass-root Community Governance—A Case Study on Grass-root Governance of Sanhe Street, Xindu District of Chengdu

摘要：

The establishment of grass-root governance mechanism and the improvement of organization construction are the system and organization safeguard of planning the city and the rural areas as a whole. On the basis of inducing logic, the writer investigated the grassroot governance of Sanhe Street, Xindu District of Chengdu through random sampling—the hypothesis of this investigation is: the grass-root governance of Sanhe Street, Xindu District of Chengdu can represent the grass-root governance of all Chengdus communities. Therefore, on the basis of case study, this paper aims at reasoning the logic construction of the grass-root governance both for city and rural areas communities.
